"I liked the jacket when it first arrived..."
I liked the jacket when it first arrived, and the quality seemed nice overall, but the size just wasn’t quite right for me. I ended up reaching out to customer support to do an exchange, and while they were helpful once they got back to me, it did take a couple of days to hear from them. After that, the whole exchange process just felt a bit slower than I expected. I did finally get the replacement jacket, and thankfully this one fits much better, so it worked out in the end. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just a little more drawn out than I would have liked.

"Sizing advice actually helped a lot"
I wasn’t totally sure what size to order , so I checked the sizing guide and also sent them a quick message . They suggested going one size up , and that ended up being the right call . It fits well , just a little snug in the arms . The jacket looks nice overall . I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping took a bit longer than expected .

I got exactly what I ordered, the size was right, the color matched, everything was fine. i was kind of expecting at least one little thing to be off because that seems to happen sometimes, but nope, it all came just right.

I ordered a jacket from NYC Leather Jackets, and the communication was kind of hit or miss. They did answer my emails, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored, but a couple times I was checking my inbox after dinner and still had no update. I ended up sending a second message just to follow up, which was a little annoying. The order itself turned out fine, and I was happy enough in the end, but the back-and-forth could definitely be smoother

"Really nice "craftsmanship" on this jacket"
I’m happy with this jacket so far. It looks well made, and the stitching is really clean. The leather feels solid too, not flimsy at all. It did take a little time to break in, but once it started softening up, it felt great. Overall, the "fit and finish" are really nice.

I got to pick the color, lining, and fit, and it actually came out just how I wanted. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually trust customer service to get custom stuff right, so I was kind of expecting some back-and-forth, but everything showed up exactly as ordered

"Still holding up great"
I picked up a leather jacket from nycleatherjackets.com a few months ago, and I’ve been wearing it way more than I expected. So far, it’s holding up really well. The stitching still looks clean, and the leather doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. I even got caught in some light rain once, but after letting it dry, it was totally fine. No peeling, no weird cracks, nothing like that. Overall, I’m happy with it. Seems like it’s going to last.

Not gonna lie, I was a little unsure when I ordered a jacket from nycleatherjackets.com, but I’m actually happy with it. The leather feels genuine to me, with that real leather smell and a texture that definitely doesn’t feel like the fake jackets I’ve owned before. The stitching looked mostly solid too.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the arms fit a bit tighter than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker though, and overall the jacket feels worth the price.

I got my jacket from nycleatherjackets.com, and I’ve got to say, the inside lining turned out better than I expected. It feels smooth and comfortable, not cheap or scratchy at all. I’ve worn it a few times now, and it stays in place without bunching up, which I really appreciate. Overall, the quality feels great and I’m really happy with it.

"Color was close, but not perfect"
The color was close to the photos, so I’ll give it that, but it still wasn’t exactly what I expected. It matched okay, mostly, but the shade felt a little off in person. Not a huge deal, but yeah, the color just wasn’t quite the same as the pictures
